Vayrac, between Martel and Bretenoux on the northern border of the Lot, and very close to the pilgrimage site of Rocamadour, is the newest location in the Chaplaincy to start regular services.
A member of the Chaplaincy clergy team presides at the Holy Communion service on the first Tuesday of each month, in the Salle Paroissiale de St Martin.

The Third Sunday of Lent
The Readings are:-
1 Corinthians 1:18-25
The Collect for the week is:
whose most dear Son went not up to joy but first he suffered pain,
and entered not into glory before he was crucified:
mercifully grant that we, walking in the way of the cross,
may find it none other than the way of life and peace;
through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.
Tuesday 3rd April - 10h30 - Holy Communion celebrated by Revd June Hutchinson
Our AGM will follow the March service and will include the election of members to the Vayrac Church Council. This is a relatively short meeting, as it only covers things relating to Vayrac and not the whole Chaplaincy.
To vote at the meeting you need to be on the Electoral Roll, if you are not on the electoral roll please sign a form that will be available before and after the service.
Anyone is welcome to put his or her name forward to be elected onto the council.
We welcome new members and even if you have only just arrived in our congregation, do feel welcome.
The Safeguarding Officer for Vayrac is Jill Pauling on 05 65 40 15 89, for further information on the Chaplaincy Safeguarding Policy visit our Safeguarding page.
