You can now apply for a Postal Vote for our Annual Meetings in Vayrac on 28 April 2019
In 2018, the Chaplaincy introduced a 'scheme' under the Church Representation Rules by which our Annual General Meetings are governed which allows parishioners to apply for a Postal Vote for any elections of officers conducted at our Annual Meetings where there may be more candidates than vacancies if they cannot attend in person. This facility is available for this year's Annual Meetings of the Chaplaincy and also of our Charitable Organisation "MP-AID". This form will be available until 18:00 on Thursday 25 April.
This allows you to submit a vote by post if an election is required.
To do this is very easy:
Use the form below to fill in your details.
When you press 'Submit', your request will be passed to our Chaplain. If a vote is required to be taken for any election, a voting form will be posted to you, which you must return by post indicating your choice(s) of candidate. Full details of what to do will be sent with a ballot paper. If no election is required, then we will not send you a voting form.
You will be notified at the e-mail address you provide below if a postal vote is being sent to you so that you can watch out for it.
Please note that you MUST already be a member of theChaplaincy Electoral Roll in order to receive a postal vote.
Please also note that you CANNOT vote online under the current Rules, you will have to return your vote by post. The General Synod of the Church of England is currently reviewing this for the future.
